Since June of 2013, Chad’s Bar-B-Cue has been delighting visitors with great food, fun atmosphere, and excellent customer service.
Owner Chad Sargent has a culinary background spanning 25 years and continues to remain to be passionate about his art. He has worked throughout the Annapolis and Baltimore areas learning from the best and developing his philosophy and approach to food. He believes in creating delicious food from scratch utilizing the finest and freshest ingredients, including locally sourced products whenever possible.
Chad and the team are always working together to combine local flair and international flavors to create some of the best food the Chesapeake Area has to offer. One of the best things about us is that our wings, bar-b-cue, and grilled meats are deliciously unique. We take the time to create homemade spice rubs for the meat, slow smoke it, then prepare it to order. While this may seem labor intensive, this special process is what sets us apart from everyone else. One bite and you will understand why everyone raves about our wings.
The Burger is a gastro-sensation! It begins with fresh Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms, which is certified free of hormones and antibiotics. Once the meat is smoked, then cooked to order, it is finished with arugula, tomatoes, roasted garlic mayo, and Chad’s famous bacon jam. A unique flavor you will not find anywhere else!
Our Bar-B-Cue is unique and rivals that of the most famous Carolina eateries. All the sauces are all homemade, and the meat is succulent and tender. Chad’s even offers gluten-free buns and many carb conscious combinations for those concerned about or requiring a special diet.
We also have a full bar featuring over 55 bottled craft beers. Guests can enjoy complete bar service, to include both food and drinks. Folks are pleasantly surprised to find we offer this fun bar atmosphere while remaining friendly for the entire family.
